- Please check your email and SPAM/JUNK folder first. If it's not there, don't worry Email us at crocute.service@gmail.com and we will check your payment and send the pattern directly to you as soon as possible!
HOW DO I ACCESS THE PATTERNS AFTER PURCHASE?
After payment is completed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can save the download directly to your phone, computer or tablet so you can access the pattern anywhere, anytime! Make sure you backup your product just in case.
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PATTERNS?
If what you see is not what you expected, reply to the download email within 24 hours and you will receive
a full refund.
WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG EMAIL ADDRESS?
Contact us so we can change your email address. We can change your email address, name and address, but we cannot change your order. So please be careful.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
All payments are accepted only through our site to ensure maximum security!
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and payments via PayPal.
We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers etc...
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER ?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure
web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's
network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information
is not stored on our servers.
HAVE A MODEL I WOULD LIKE IN A DIFFERENT SIZE - WHY CAN'T YOU SUPPLY IT?
Unfortunately, we can't supply every model in every size. Each plush toy was designed in that size... a new size requires a significant amount of work to modify and test the design, and some models don't fit well in larger or smaller sizes.
CAN I USE SEVERAL DISCOUNT CODES IN ONE ORDER?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions and discounts unless stated otherwise.
WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
We do not charge shipping nor taxes for my PDF files wherever you are from this world.
ARE ANY OF YOUR PATTERNS AVAILABLE IN A HARDCOPY VERSION?
Crocute.com is a green & friendly website. For environmental considerations; we don't offer hardcopies. We leave the choice to our customers to choose if they want to print the document or not
HOW DO I PRINT PATTERNS FROM YOUR SITE?
There are two ways to print from our website: You can download a copy of the pattern in "Adobe Acrobat Reader" PDF format to your computer and then print it, or you can print it directly from your
browser.
Most computers come with Reader installed that allows you to read PDF files. You can download a free copy at https://get.adobe.com/reader/
CAN WE PRINT THE PDF FORM FOR YOU?
Unfortunately we are very sorry, but we do not offer the printing service, but if you have difficulty printing your model or do not have a printer, there are some alternative options.
You can take your PDF template to a copy shop or print shop, where they will be able to print it for you.
There are also online printing services available, where you can upload your PDF templates and they will print them and send them to your home.
